I recently read an article that went over the details of acquiring an enormous amount of holiday debt. It is tempting to charge all of your purchases and in some cases max out the credit cards…. but if you can try and pay in cash little by little throughout the year, then perhaps you wont have to have added stress of possible debt collection agencies contacting you after the holidays are over.
My husband and I just recently paid off all of our debt and so now we try to pay cash (or debit) for everything.

Totally! We never use credit cards. Don’t have the cash, don’t buy it.
And we have cut way back on the holiday spending. No need for all those cheap plastic toys in my opinion.
Great job on the no-debt! You are definitely in the minority these days!
I really liked your blog. Very useful information, I read it detail, also book-marked it and will be back in the future to read some more of your interesting posts ! keep up the good work.
