We have a couple of things going on with our Vibe. Number one, it doesn’t seem to have as much get up and go as it used to. Number 2, it grinds slightly when turning so I think it may have something to do with the wheel bearings and number three the check engine light is on. Of course, it could be anumber of different things. Husb is going to go to Auto Zone tomorrow and get a free diagnostics check. So we shall see. I swear all the powers that be are preventing him from getting his plasma television (last week our furnace broke, this week car troubles…).
Just a word or warning……
The check engine light was on in my van. Hubby, too, brought it to Auto Zone who told him it was an O2 sensor.
So we left it go.
A couple months later, my van died. Big time. It was the transmission all along.
And believe me, that hurt the purse.
When ever hubby says he is going to Auto Zone now, I throw myself on the ground behind my van and scream until he takes his own car
