My grandfather died from mesothelioma or otherwise known as lung cancer. He worked a job in which he breathed in the harmful toxin asbestos. This of course was more common from the 1930′s to the 1970′s as today there are stricter standards and asbestos is no longer used.

Unfortunately for my grandfather, his cancer was in stage 4 before they diagnosed him. However, had he been diagnosed sooner and the aggressive treatment been done sooner, he might have had a chance.

He quite possibly could have contacted one of the many Mesothelioma lawyers and fought for his medical bills to be paid.

In any case, I believe that everyone out there should be aware of this disease and its origins.
