I have been getting healthy and changing many of my unhealthy habits. In addition to that I am revisiting weight loss supplements. I am determined to find the best weight loss supplement that promotes optimum health. I realize that supplements can help give me a leg up. They can especially help manage joint pain and such.

Green tea extracts have been getting a lot of press lately for the positive test results. Try to buy just green tea extracts and not some fancy over-priced packaged bottle.
Good old caffeine has also been proven to aid weight loss if used correctly and you can tolerate it. Definitely need to drink plenty of water if your using it.
