I have been considering supplements for weight loss lately. I need an extra boost for my metabolism. The problem is not deciding whether or not to use supplements but rather which supplements to use?
I am inclined to read reviews and go with the product that has the bulk of the positive reviews. However, with so many products on the market today, it is hard to know where to start. Do I start with Ali? Jillian Michaels supplement-products?
Any suggestions?
