Things are moving rather rapidly over here. I have just started packing. All of my web design books are separate from my school books. I am trying my very best to keep it all organized and tidy. My husband suggested that we look into buying an ls4278. It is a wireless scanner. I think it would help very much to have one of these for my business. The less cords we have hanging around, the better.

Do you have a wireless scanner? Do you like it?

There is a hosting company out in Dallas Texas that I have applied for a position with. I really don’t want to leave my present state, but the economy seems much worse here than anywhere else. Probably because our unemployment rate is above the national average.

Anyway, i’m in search of some nice Dallas Texas hotels. I would love to find a reasonably priced hotel chain. Since i’m not familiar with the area, this has proved a bit tedious.

I half-hope that I get the job. The other part of me is nervous as all get out because it would mean that we would be uprooting our children and our lives.

I am proud to say that I have not gained any weight thus far in my pregnancy journey. The scale seems stuck at my current weight and has not yet moved up or down in WEEKs… weeks I tell ya! My doctor says that everything looks good and to keep doing what I am doing!

I wonder if it is possible to come out lighter after this than I went in? I keep grasping onto that HOPING that’s the case! I would be so geeked if that happened!

I can feel the baby kick more now. I will always cherish this feeling! I loved feeling O kick and S kick and now this little guy! It’s the most amazing feeling anyone can experience.

We are still unpacking here. My mother-in-law (bless her heart) has helped us out today and will continue to help tomorrow. As much as I wanted to do it myself, she really has been a wonder! Sometimes I can be so stubborn at accepting help. Other times, i’m better at it. I guess it just depends on the situation. I think it has to do with a woman’s territory. I know i’m always marking mine! LOL!

The new house needed just a few adjustments yesterday. Mainly, it just needed to be kid-proofed. Of course, we have proofed the kitchen, I put all of the outlet protectors on in the kids’ room. Much to my husband’s fear, O had to go potty yesterday and piddled on the floor a little. Good thing my mother-in-law had disposable gloves, napkins and cleaner. I told D that since O is just potty learning (not yet potty learned for a year yet), that he should expect him to make “some” mistakes. I think D realized that (finally) yesterday. It hit him that kids are kids not teenagers. Explaining things to them does go a long way, but some things can’t be explained away nor will they be understood by younger ones. O is only 3… so, you know, he doesn’t realize how rough he is on furniture nor has he mastered the art of using his you-know-what on the potty. Hopefully, D will be a little more understanding when we finally do move in. My D is a great dad though, so I know that he’ll be understanding!
